Inbound Business Development Representative – DACH/Europe

About the role

Toradex is seeking an Inbound Business Development Representative to manage and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from the DACH region and broader Europe. Based in Windhoek, Namibia, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, building relationships and moving qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of MQLs imported into the CRM and initiate contact primarily via phone, supplemented by email and LinkedIn.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand prospects’ business models, use cases, decision‑making processes, needs, timelines and budgets.
• Qualify leads to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) status using agreed criteria and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Route qualified SQLs to the appropriate regional salesperson or Sales & FAE team for deeper technical clarification.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Report regularly on activity levels, conversion rates and pipeline contribution, and continuously refine outreach methods.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (spoken and written) and fluent English.
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound/inside sales, SDR or BDR roles, preferably with lead‑qualification responsibilities.
• Strong phone outreach skills and ability to build credibility with prospects.
