About the role
The Trainee Account Developer will join the sales team in Windhoek, reporting to the Area Sales Manager. This entry‑level position is designed to develop strong customer‑facing skills while supporting the growth of product volumes and value across assigned channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own and nurture relationships with customers in the designated territory.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and sales pitches to drive adoption.
- Achieve profitability targets by increasing sales volume and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Execute in‑trade activities flawlessly, supporting merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Collect market feedback and report on performance against business objectives.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn sales and account management.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills are required; training will be provided.
