Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its Heavy Equipment division in Namibia. You will promote a range of agriculture, construction and mining machinery, building relationships with new and existing customers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage pipeline and collections.
• Prospect, qualify and generate new leads for various product lines.
• Contact prospective clients through calls and on‑site visits to present equipment solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Record all activities in the CRM system and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum matric/Grade 12; tertiary education is a plus.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in heavy or yellow machinery (cranes, excavators, dump trucks, etc.).
• Technical aptitude to understand machinery specifications and applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own a reliable vehicle, laptop and mobile phone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking sales activities.
