About the role
Standard Bank Group, an Africa-focused financial services group, is hiring a Relationship Analyst in Windhoek. The role promotes deep relationship-based offerings and activities that create value for clients and the bank, such as optimising client experience, building strong relationships and generating profitability.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of branch banking experience, with exposure to universal banking, BDC/Forex, credit and overall client service.
Required skills
- Behavioural competencies: challenging ideas, convincing people, exploring possibilities, interacting with people, interpreting data.
- Technical competencies: banking processes and procedures, commercial acumen, customer understanding (consumer banking), financial acumen, product knowledge (consumer banking).
