Finance Manager - Namibia

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial management of our business in Namibia, ensuring sustainable, compliant, and profitable operations. This hands‑on senior partner will work closely with local management to provide insight, governance, and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage country financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly close.
• Monitor P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, driving cost control and margin improvement.
• Oversee working capital management, bank and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial reporting, variance analysis and business insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end accounting operations, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of international finance experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial and operational teams.
• Leadership and people‑development capability.
• Proactive, hands‑on work style with change‑management mindset.
