Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially‑minded Finance Manager to join Sarens in Namibia. As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with operational and management teams, turning financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Business Control, Project Control, Business Analysis and Management Reporting functions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and financial performance monitoring.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitor profitability, margins, working capital and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with Group standards, financial controls and applicable legislation.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities to strengthen business results.
• Partner closely with operational stakeholders across the business.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within an international setting.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
