CaseWare Consultant – Walvis Bay or Windhoek

About the role

PwC is seeking a motivated CaseWare Consultant to join its audit and assurance team in Namibia. The role supports the preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements using CaseWare software.
• Process adjustments and revisions in CaseWare.
• Develop internal budgets and fee structures.
• Complete administrative tasks related to the year‑end financial statement process.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship (candidates from designated groups are encouraged to apply).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is an advantage.
• Strong accounting and mathematics knowledge with the ability to process client information accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
