Branch Manager – Namibia

About the role

As the Branch Manager for Bridgestone in Namibia, you will oversee all business units within the region, ensuring health and safety compliance, financial performance, and excellent customer service. You will lead branch managers, drive revenue growth, and uphold the company’s standards across service centres and depots.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set for each branch and control expenses within budget.
• Maintain company assets and ensure profitability across all locations.
• Promote superior service delivery and manage weekly/monthly financial reporting.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and support branch managers in running profitable equity stores.
• Oversee stock management, ensuring turnover of less than one month and handling dead or slow‑moving inventory.
• Communicate and enforce CEO health‑and‑safety policies, ensuring OSHA compliance and achieving at least 95% on safety audits.
• Adhere to company policies, employment legislation, and industrial relations procedures.
• Conduct site audits, address feedback, and report findings to the Country Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple business units or branches, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to meet sales targets and control costs.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and employment legislation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide branch managers and interact with customers.
• Ability to analyse audit results and implement corrective actions.
