About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our Foschini store in Oshakati, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide amazing customer experiences.
• Identify and provide customers with the best possible solutions, exceeding expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Passionate about people and customer service.
• Target‑driven with a focus on results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, work independently and take initiative.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Demonstrates continual improvement and effective decision‑making.
