About the role

Join TFG Africa as a Sales Associate in Ondangwa, delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the brand. You will work 45 hours per week in a fast‑paced retail environment, helping customers find the best solutions and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide amazing customer experiences.
• Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Demonstrates adherence to standards, quality, and compliance.
• Continuously seeks process improvements and makes effective decisions.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
• Strong attention to detail, customer‑focused, and able to build loyalty.
