Sales Associate (45hr) – Retail Store

About the role

Join TFG Africa as a Sales Associate in Grootfontein, delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the brand. You will work 45 hours per week in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing amazing customer experiences.
• Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions.
• Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Demonstrated passion for people, target‑driven mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, take initiative, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Behaviours such as adhering to standards, continual improvement, effective decision‑making, and delivering exceptional customer service.
