Sales Associate (45hr) – Maternity Cover

About the role

Join Sportscene in Oshakati as a Sales Associate on a 45‑hour per week maternity cover. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passionate about people and customer loyalty.
• Target‑driven with a focus on results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• High attention to detail and initiative.
