Key Accounts Manager - Retail (x3)

About the role

Seapride Foods is hiring three Key Account Managers for its retail accounts. The role drives sales growth, profitability and brand development across an assigned portfolio, aiming to meet sales and gross profit budgets, optimise stock holding and build strong relationships with principals and retail buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales execution against agreed budgets and achieve gross profit targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals and retail buyers
• Develop and execute joint business plans with principals and customers
• Lead regular sales performance reviews and agree corrective actions
• Plan and run promotional campaigns, in-store activations and brand-building initiatives
• Monitor stock holding days, availability and health, including aged, slow-moving, excess and short-dated stock
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyse variances and report performance
• Maintain pricing, product information, customer master data and commercial agreements
• Keep accurate account records and comply with internal processes and approval controls
• Work with finance, supply chain, demand planning, marketing and sales teams

Required profile

• Grade 12 minimum; computer literacy required
• Driver's licence
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Proven sales track record
• Fluent communication in English and Afrikaans
• Willingness to work overtime
