Relationship Manager – Corporate & Commercial Banking

About the role

Join a leading financial services institution in Windhoek as a Relationship Manager for Corporate & Commercial Banking. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tailored financial solutions and strategic advice to support their growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial banking clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and deliver customized banking solutions.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess business needs, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with credit, product and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with internal risk policies.
• Support business growth through client retention and wallet‑share expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Agriculture, Geology or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking or related business development roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of credit fundamentals.
• Experience working with clients in sectors such as mining, agriculture, engineering, oil & gas or professional services.
• Open to Namibian citizens and qualified candidates willing to relocate.
