Internal Audit Manager / Senior Manager – Advisory

About the role

As an Internal Audit Manager / Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Advisory practice, you will lead internal audit, governance, risk and oversight (GRO) engagements for clients in Windhoek, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit and GRO engagements.
• Manage and mentor consultants and senior consultants on the project team.
• Review field work and client deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and tender documents.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Coach junior staff and facilitate professional development of the team.

Required profile

• B.Com Honors in Internal Audit or equivalent; CIA, CA or CISA certification is a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit and/or GRO.
• Experience auditing business processes and controls.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of internal audit methodologies.
