Medicals, ICT & Innovation Accounts Administrator

About the role

Old Mutual is looking for a Medicals, ICT & Innovation Accounts Administrator to manage creditor invoices, reconciliations and supplier relationships for medical and ICT service providers. The role involves processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting budget control within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Process creditor invoices and perform reconciliations for medical and ICT service providers.
• Liaise with service providers regarding account queries and outstanding orders.
• Create requisitions, generate purchase orders and maintain a controlled purchasing environment.
• Follow up on long‑outstanding orders and investigate goods receipts not yet paid.
• Compare costs against budgets and handle general accounts queries.
• Maintain supplier account details and allocate project costs.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Relevant accounting degree or qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts administration.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
• Strong numerical and time‑management skills.
