About the role
The Head of Portfolio Management provides strategic leadership and oversight of the bank’s loan and investment portfolio, ensuring growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key responsibilities
- Translate corporate strategy into operational priorities for the portfolio.
- Establish and maintain governance, risk, and performance management frameworks.
- Direct portfolio monitoring and remedial actions to minimise exposure.
- Lead stakeholder and client engagement to align expectations.
- Safeguard the integrity of portfolio information and drive compliance.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team delivering sustainable portfolio outcomes.
