About the role
The Financial Advisor will work directly with clients in Windhoek to assess financial goals, analyse current situations and develop comprehensive wealth‑management plans. This full‑time, on‑site position involves advising on investments, retirement, insurance, tax‑efficient structures and estate planning.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present tailored financial proposals to clients.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews and adjust strategies as circumstances change.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, insurance or financial services, preferably in Namibia or similar markets.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with financial planning tools and MS Office.
- Knowledge of portfolio construction, risk assessment and asset allocation.
