About the role
PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Company Secretarial practice in Windhoek. You will provide strategic guidance, ensure regulatory compliance and manage a portfolio of secretarial clients while supporting the firm’s broader legal services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Windhoek secretarial team and client portfolio.
- Schedule work, allocate resources and monitor delivery against deadlines.
- Liaise with clients to understand their compliance needs and provide timely advice.
- Oversee secretarial compliance filings and ensure adherence to local regulations.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing environment.
Required profile
- Namibian citizenship (applications from persons with disabilities and previously disadvantaged groups encouraged).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce or law.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in company secretarial or legal compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong judgment, problem‑solving abilities and independent work ethic.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
