About the role
The Senior Administrator will ensure smooth daily operations at Bridgestone’s Windhoek office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling a wide range of administrative duties, from managing correspondence to supporting finance and HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process weekly attendance registers and calculate overtime hours.
- Submit overtime data to HR for monthly payment.
- Record invoices, reconcile creditor statements, and maintain audit summary files.
- Handle petty cash, salary advances, and prepare vehicle logbook summaries.
- Manage switchboard duties, route calls, and ensure messages reach the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and follow occupational health regulations.
Required profile
- Matriculation (high school) qualification.
- At least three years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong organisational abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic accounting principles.
