Administration Manager

About the role

The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing both HR and finance administration within a store environment. This role ensures that administrative processes are efficient, compliant and support overall business productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR and finance administration systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to central services.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and development, providing coaching to store and line managers.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with store managers, suppliers, customers and the head‑office finance team.
• Investigate and report suspicious activities, manage shrinkage and ensure compliance with company policies and OHS legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent, with relevant tertiary education in Administration, Finance or related fields.
• At least 2 years FMCG/retail experience, preferably with 1‑2 years in a management capacity.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work without direct supervision.
