About the role
The Site Administrator ensures that all site administration tasks are performed efficiently and effectively, supporting the management team, customers, support teams and production staff.
Key responsibilities
- Answer office phones and faxes, and perform reception duties including greeting visitors.
- Draft and type letters and e‑mails for senior personnel as required.
- Capture and enter completed training data into the training database daily.
- Maintain and update the training register and log personnel using training centre computers.
- Assist with identifying training needs for employees and coordinate programme requirements.
- Prepare and send training reports to site Operations Managers upon request.
Required profile
- Grade 12 education with a valid driving licence.
- Certificate of Conduct (Police) and a diploma in Administration, Finance or Inventory Management.
- 3‑5 years of experience as an Administrator or Stock Controller.
- At least 1 year of experience in a mining or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel; experience with D365 and SharePoint is beneficial.
