About the role

An exciting and challenging opportunity is available for an Area Sales Manager within the Tekkie Town Operations team. The role reports directly to the Divisional Manager and is based in Windhoek, Namibia, overseeing a B‑Grid area of roughly 10‑13 stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operations of a B‑Grid area covering approximately 10‑13 stores.
• Report directly to the Divisional Manager.
• Set profitable goals and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Remote‑manage a team of Store Managers across the area.

Required profile

• Based in Windhoek, Namibia.
• Proven experience managing operations of more than 10 stores.
• Accountable for reaching performance and sales targets.
• Ability to align with Tekkie Town’s culture and values.
