Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales activities across Southern Africa from our base in Windhoek. The role focuses on developing value‑proposed solutions, achieving sales targets and supporting the regional sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, generate leads and close contracts.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and manage contractual agreements for regional accounts.
• Coordinate accurate regional sales forecasting and feed data into national planning.
• Implement pricing strategy, monitor competitor activity and drive marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and expand the customer base, understand client operations and gather market intelligence.
• Oversee regional order taking, stock availability and coordinate resources to meet customer plans.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure strict adherence to the customer service policy.
• Attend national meetings and collaborate with internal functions to achieve strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and support a regional sales team.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and delivering strong financial results.
• Strong customer relationship management and market intelligence skills.
• Ability to manage regional forecasting, budgeting and resource coordination.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities.
