Trainee Financial Advisor

About the role

Momentum Metropolitan Namibia is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join as Trainee Financial Advisors. In this entry‑level position you will support the selling and marketing of the company’s accredited insurance policies and financial products to existing and prospective policy holders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, develop and grow an individual client base through networking, prospecting and referrals.
• Meet clients in person to provide tailored insurance and financial advice.
• Manage and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Provide ongoing advice to existing clients to promote retention and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as a NAMFISA licence; COP qualification is an advantage.
• Understanding of the Namibian insurance industry.
