Trainee Financial Advisor – Entry Level

About the role

Metropolitan Namibia is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Trainee Financial Advisors. This entry‑level position focuses on selling and marketing Momentum Metropolitan Namibia’s insurance policies, providing advice to both existing and prospective policy holders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow an individual client base through networking, prospecting and referrals.
• Meet clients in person to deliver tailored insurance advice.
• Manage and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients to promote retention.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as a NAMFISA licence; a COP qualification is an advantage.
• Understanding of the Namibian insurance industry.
