About the role
The Multi Skilled Consultant will provide relief support across teller, collections and cash migration functions, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality customer service at FNB Namibia’s Southern Area Office in Aranos.
Key responsibilities
- Provide relief coverage for Teller, Collections Consultants and Cash Migration officials.
- Drive net profit growth and meet Balanced Scorecard standards for customer experience.
- Engage professionally with customers, understand their needs, and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Handle collection‑related complaints and resolve them to customer satisfaction.
- Convert identified leads into sales and achieve individual performance targets.
- Manage performance standards for relief roles in telling, service, sales or administration.
- Approve, validate, verify and authorise frontline activities in line with governance, legislative and audit requirements.
- Track and influence sales activities to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar banking or customer‑service environment.
