About the role
As a Customer Service Manager at IWG you will own the performance of a flexible workspace centre, acting as the business owner on site. You will lead a small, close‑knit team, ensure world‑class service for members and turn satisfied customers into brand ambassadors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site operations, from daily activities to long‑term performance.
- Address challenges promptly and devise effective solutions.
- Conduct tours for prospective members and upsell services to existing customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects IWG’s brand.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a small team in a customer‑focused environment (e.g., flexible workspace, retail, hospitality).
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive commercial results.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service, strong drive, and resilience in the face of obstacles.
