AltGen is seeking an ambitious early‑career professional to join our team in Windhoek as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. This entry‑level position blends sales‑driven business development with the core functions of recruitment, offering a fast‑paced environment where you will learn to match talent with client needs while building your commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates for client vacancies.
• Conduct initial screening calls and refine candidate CVs.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the company ATS.
• Assist with placement administration and documentation.
• Develop and nurture a professional candidate network.
• Work towards monthly performance and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and a target‑oriented mindset.
• Motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable operating in a commission‑based, fast‑paced environment.
