Warehouse Admin Clerk

About the role

Wutow is hiring a full-time permanent Warehouse Admin Clerk in Windhoek. The role ensures the smooth and accurate processing of invoices for goods received and dispatched, keeping financial records accurate, payments timely and warehouse operations running smoothly while supporting supplier and customer relationships and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate invoicing records and process and verify invoices for goods received and dispatched.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control, including daily, weekly cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
• Perform goods receipts on the MM system for all agency goods.
• Check orders daily so that all customer orders are executed.
• Compile and distribute management reports and assist managers and supervisors with information.
• Provide stand-in cover in the admin office and in the warehouse as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures and standard operating procedures, and health, safety and hygiene policies.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; good negotiation skills.
• FMCG experience is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with a material management system.
