About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor will manage daily warehouse operations at Khan Trucking's Windhoek facility, ensuring safe and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing cargo.
Key responsibilities
- Organise loading and unloading activities, coordinate with transport planners and drivers to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records and implement controls to minimise discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide training on best practices and safety procedures.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valid B or C driving licence, Namibian citizenship, and ability to work on‑site in Windhoek.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
Required skills
- Forklift operation and familiarity with other warehouse equipment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Experience with dispatch and receiving documentation and processes.
