Trainee Financial Advisor – Remote (Windhoek, Namibia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Financial Advisor to join Momentum Group Namibia on a permanent, fully remote basis. Based in Windhoek, you will support prospective and existing clients by offering tailored financial advice, helping them achieve their financial wellness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients, presenting product features and benefits aligned with their financial needs.
• Conduct affordability analyses and advise on tax and legal implications of products.
• Capture client information accurately in internal systems and complete required administrative and reporting tasks.
• Achieve targets for production, quality, and conversion while adhering to compliance and legislative requirements.
• Respond to client queries within agreed service levels, escalating issues when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture of exceptional client service and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 1–2 years experience in a financial advice role (essential).
• 1–3 years experience in the financial services industry (desirable).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
