PTP Administrator

About the role

The PTP Administrator is responsible for end‑to‑end Purchase‑to‑Pay transactional and administrative activities across assigned operating companies. The role ensures invoices are processed accurately, vendor data is maintained, and queries are resolved in line with policies, SOPs and service level agreements, supporting operational excellence and supplier satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Validate invoices for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Manage invoice exceptions and discrepancies following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and update vendor master data records in line with governance requirements.
• Respond to supplier, customer, OpCo, and internal stakeholder queries via approved channels.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor‑related issues within agreed service levels.
• Prepare routine operational reports and analyse data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 1‑3 years experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase‑to‑Pay or Finance Operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems and invoice processing workflows.
• Experience handling supplier and stakeholder queries.
