Sales Representative – Walvis Bay, Namibia

About the role

As a Sales Representative for Bridgestone in Walvis Bay, you will drive revenue growth by generating leads, presenting our tyre and related product portfolio, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the regional team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads, contact potential customers and present Bridgestone products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Ensure invoices are signed, accurate and reflect correct products, quantities and prices.
• Handle breakdowns, issue breakdown orders and coordinate with the branch manager.
• Develop and execute action plans with BHSA, identify new prospects and make competitive offers.
• Conduct tyre testing (new and retread) and organise scrap‑tyre analyses with Bridgestone Windhoek.
• Promote the full BFSA product range and implement a high‑frequency call strategy (80/20).
• Provide after‑sales service, address complaints and follow up on claims and retreads.
• Collect payments, perform daily banking and maintain accurate customer files.
• Maintain vehicle records, ensure safe transport of goods and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.
• Manage asset security in tyre bays and report damaged equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills for handling invoices, reports and vehicle maintenance.
• Commitment to health and safety compliance.
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct on‑site tyre tests.
