Country Manager – Integrated Commercial Solutions (Namibia, Angola, Mozambique)

About the role

The Company is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Country Manager to lead its Integrated Commercial Solutions (ICS) Market Access Healthcare business across Namibia, Angola, and Mozambique. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country and cluster strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and product portfolio performance.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with authorities.
• Build and nurture relationships with government bodies, healthcare professionals, distributors, and industry associations.
• Oversee financial management, P&L accountability, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams to guarantee uninterrupted product availability.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare market access or related commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Southern Africa.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Track record of managing P&L and driving financial performance.
