Sales Executive

About the role

This contract Sales Executive role is based in Walvis Bay, Namibia and follows a hybrid work model, combining on‑site client engagement with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Sales Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of customers in key industries, identify new business opportunities, and promote Swagefast™ fasteners and associated products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales visits and prepare quotations for customers.
• Negotiate terms, process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and monitor market trends.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements and product performance.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in industrial, engineering or construction environments.
• Strong customer relationship management, including client retention and after‑sales support.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications for sectors such as mining, transport, energy and construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence with basic office and CRM software and accurate documentation.
• Independent work style in a hybrid setting, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Namibia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software for sales reporting and documentation.
