Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join AB InBev’s dynamic team. In this role you will drive growth of our beverage brands across assigned channels, delivering increased sales volume, market share and brand equity. You will work closely with retailers, distributors and internal partners to execute promotions and ensure product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales volume and market share within designated channels.
• Implement national and regional promotions in line with channel management plans.
• Achieve sales, brand and market‑share targets set by the business.
• Influence retail pricing and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and sustain strong business relationships with service outlets and key accounts.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide merchandising support.
• Handle customer and consumer complaints, ensuring product quality meets SAB standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and manage sales administration.
• Plan pre‑call objectives, manage BTL placements and conduct personal audits.

Required profile

• Post‑matric qualification in Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing within an FMCG environment.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Basic PC knowledge or willingness to acquire it.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with a personal computer.
