Risk and Compliance Manager

About the role

The Risk and Compliance Manager will lead the corporate segment’s risk management and regulatory compliance function. You will ensure that all risk processes, policies and controls are aligned with the Audit Risk & Compliance Committee’s appetite and external regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies and procedures for business units.
• Conduct risk assessments, scenario modelling and quantitative analysis to ensure risks stay within approved appetite.
• Draft, review and update policies, procedures and guidelines to meet regulatory standards.
• Prepare and deliver complex risk and compliance reports, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor operational compliance, identify non‑conformities and drive remediation.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of external regulations and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk management, compliance or related financial functions.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills for preparing policies, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
