Private Banker Analyst

About the role

The Private Banker Analyst will join FNB Namibia's Premium Banking team in Windhoek, supporting Platinum, Private Clients and Private Wealth segments. You will work directly with affluent customers, delivering day‑to‑day banking, lending and operational services while ensuring a seamless, high‑value experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day banking, lending and servicing for Platinum, Private Clients and Private Wealth customers.
• Support client engagement initiatives, growth and acquisition projects across the Premium sub‑segments.
• Manage KYC remediation, compliance requirements and inactive account handling.
• Maintain client portfolios, perform portfolio maintenance activities and support strategic operational functions.
• Assist with walk‑in client servicing at Windhoek branch and Maerua Mall as needed.
• Contribute to national Premium initiatives and other strategic projects aligned with Premium growth.
