Parts Sales Representative – Walvis Bay

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our Parts department in Walvis Bay. You will be responsible for driving both internal workshop and external parts sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure internal workshop sales and external sales within the defined territory.
• Assist customers in locating the required parts and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct routine customer visits and produce detailed call reports.
• Propose and manage innovative solutions to overcome parts supply challenges.
• Handle client dissatisfaction, resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships.
• Follow company guidelines to guarantee successful parts sales operations.
• Acquire new customers and promote the competitiveness of the business.
• Manage and monitor the customer portfolio by analysing purchase history.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in parts sales.
• Grade 12 qualification with a pass in English; tertiary studies in Business Management or Marketing are an advantage.
• Valid Code B driver’s licence with a good driving record.
• Strong customer orientation, dynamic and well‑organized.
• Commercially focused, target‑driven and proactive.
• Excellent selling skills, positive attitude and personal drive.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP (advantage).
