Order Picker

About the role

Robiati Distribution CC is hiring a full-time, on-site Order Picker based in Windhoek. The picker locates, selects and picks products according to customer orders and internal requirements, working closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet delivery deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Check stock locations, collect items, pack and label orders and prepare goods for dispatch
• Unload and organise incoming stock and assist with basic inventory checks
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Depending on operational needs and certification, operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment to move and stack products

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehousing or FMCG distribution is beneficial
• Attention to detail, basic numeracy and literacy, and ability to follow safety procedures
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, reliability in timekeeping and attendance, and ability to work in a fast-paced team

Required skills

• Order picking and packing
• Forklift operation, including safe handling and stacking of goods (valid licence or certification preferred)
• Unloading and basic warehouse handling
• Foundational understanding of operations management principles
