Human Capital Business Partner

About the role

The Human Capital Business Partner will implement Namport's Human Capital plan by coordinating talent management processes and initiatives. This role works closely with business and functional leaders to deliver HR value aligned with organisational strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and monitor Human Capital plans, programmes and projects for organisational performance.
• Provide advisory support to business leaders on HR matters, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding and succession planning for designated business units.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and development plans.
• Support organisational change initiatives and culture transformation activities.

Required profile

• Honours degree (NQF Level 8) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development.
• Minimum five years of direct HR experience in a Business Partner or Generalist role.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, matrixed or large organisation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR and employment legislation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
