Heavy Vehicle Driver (3.5‑9t) – Walvis Bay

About the role

We are looking for a reliable driver to handle vehicles weighing between 3,501 kg and 9,000 kg, delivering goods to our stores and clients in Walvis Bay. The role focuses on safe, prompt, and efficient delivery while maintaining vehicle condition and supporting customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to designated locations, ensuring correct quantities and no breakages.
• Keep the vehicle neatly packed and conduct daily inspection checks.
• Supervise and assist with loading and unloading activities.
• Report any defects and maintain the vehicle in good working order.
• Collect cash‑on‑delivery (COD) payments and handle delivery note authorisations.
• Contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives for vehicle operations.
• Uphold company values and provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Valid Code 10 (Heavy Vehicle) or Code 8 (Light Vehicle) licence.
• At least 2 years of relevant driving experience.
