About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Namibia is recruiting a recently qualified graduate for its 12-month Graduate in Training (GIT) programme in Commercial. The programme offers structured training, real responsibility and a clear path to leadership in sales, marketing and route-to-market within the beverage industry. The reference number is CCB261019-2.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through key commercial functions: Sales, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, Revenue Growth Management and Route-to-Market.
• Work alongside experienced managers on live projects and business targets.
• Visit customers and outlets to learn how the brands win at the point of sale.
• Analyse sales and market data to spot opportunities and recommend action.
• Bring fresh ideas, energy and innovation to the Commercial team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
• Graduated within the last 2 years, or completing the final year.
• A strong academic record.
• Namibian citizen.
• Confident communicator, practical problem-solver and team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
