Global Graduate Programme – Commerce Track

About the role

Heineken’s Global Graduate Programme offers a three‑year accelerated development path in Commerce. You will rotate through three six‑month assignments, starting at Namibia Breweries, followed by a cross‑functional role, and an international placement within the Heineken network. After the rotations you will return to Namibia Breweries in a management position.

Key responsibilities

• Build a strong foundation in your chosen commerce function during the first rotation at Namibia Breweries.
• Participate in a cross‑functional assignment to broaden your perspective of the business.
• Undertake an international assignment to develop global mindset and cultural agility.
• Assume a management role in Namibia Breweries, applying the skills and insights gained.
