About the role
Wutow is hiring a Debtors Claims Clerk in Windhoek on a full-time, permanent basis. The post holder manages claims efficiently, ensures they are processed accurately and on time, builds client relationships and makes sure customer queries are handled promptly. Applications close on 9 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Process claims in a timely and accurate way on SAP
- Investigate claims related to proof of delivery (POD)
- Follow up on customer queries
- Submit claim-back claims to sales managers on time
- Request any pending claim documentation
- Carry out any other duties required
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification
- Experience in FMCG is an added advantage
