Cycle Counter – Retail Store

About the role
The Building Company is looking for a reliable Cycle Counter to join its BUCO retail unit in Swakopmund. You will be responsible for keeping the store shelves accurately binned, ensuring labels and shelf talkers are up‑to‑date, and maintaining correct stock counts on a regular cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the store is binned according to company standards.
- Count stock at each location and verify accuracy.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date labels and shelf talkers.
- Adhere to all standards, protocols and company values.
Required profile
- Grade 1 or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail stock counting or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
