Sales Account Manager

About the role

Are you ready to drive growth and build strong partner relationships? We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to develop and expand our partner ecosystem, delivering profitable revenue growth while strengthening Hiperdist’s position in the market. This role will focus on Huawei products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth through effective partner engagement and opportunity development, meeting agreed revenue, gross margin and profitability targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, recruiting new partners and strengthening existing relationships.
• Lead Joint Business Planning sessions with key partners to align on growth strategies and ensure adherence to payment terms and vendor agreements.
• Track pipeline performance, deal progression and forecasting accuracy, maintaining clean bookings and accurate CRM records.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing quarterly feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with a technology distributor, reseller, or vendor partner for Huawei.
• Huawei vendor certifications obtained within the last two years.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasting and target delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
