Commercial Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Intern to support our Commercial team with daily administrative and operational tasks and help implement customer service and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial team with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Support the implementation of customer service and commercial initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer information and databases in the CRM system.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Gather, analyze, and report on commercial and customer‑related data.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Help plan and execute customer engagement activities, events, and commercial campaigns.

Required profile

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a qualification in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
