Customer Service Representative

About the role

Toradex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for its global customers. The role involves processing orders, handling inquiries, and supporting logistics and procurement teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process customer purchase orders, generate order confirmations and release shipments.
• Manage product returns, issue credit notes and follow up on overdue or duplicate payments.
• Respond to customer queries regarding pricing, lead times and tracking information via phone and email in English and German.
• Maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP system.
• Support demand planning for the procurement team and assist logistics with inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate internal stock transfers between multiple warehouse locations to optimise product availability.

Required profile

• Commercial degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing or logistics.
• Proactive, precise and service‑oriented work style.
• Strong organisational abilities and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• High degree of independence and commitment.
• Fluent in German and English (C2 level).

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
